I am a photographer and architect from Quebec, Canada. I have been living in Turin, Italy, in the last five years, where I am based.
Since childhood, photography has been my way of observing the world and a tool of communication that I developed in the years autodidactically.
In the last two years, I decided to participate to photography workshops to develop my vision and photographic culture. I then began working on my first photodocumentary project about mezcal production in Mexico, that received the first place in the Top News category of the Andrei Stenin International Press Photo Contest, has been shortlisted at Kolga Tbilisi Photo Contest, Sarajevo Photo Festival and got recognized as finalist of the POY Environmental Vision Award. I also attended the Eddie Adams Workshop XXXVII.
Influenced by my architecture background, I am interested in the formation of unique spaces, in the way the human settles himself among sensible territories and realities, in the contrasted imaginaries of natural and built environments. My photography is orientated towards sensible human interactions, socio-cultural issues and authenticity.
